| I know Joan and Jenn from years of knowing Joan's brother, Rich, with whom Barbara and I went to Cal together in the early 60s. This is a relationship of long standing, one that I consider family - so it was such a pleasure when they asked me to chronicle their wedding ceremony with film and camera. | The ceremony took place in Joan and Jenn's back yard of their East Bay home, a peaceful and lush green setting with the sound of a little creek running through it. Family and friends gathered on a beautiful sunny day, warm and full of the good thoughts of all present. The ceremony was performed by Penny and David, David being a long time friend and neighbor of Joan's family during childhood, and Penny an incredible partner to David and sister to Joan and Jenn. Today was a family event in so many ways... |
